Description: STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVES Rockland County Department of Probation (RCProb) is seeking proposals to provide sex offender specific evaluative and clinical services to adults and additional psycho-educational services to non-offending/supportive individuals who intend to assist in the offender’s overall self-management plan to reduce the risk of reoffending.
