The City of Urbandale announces the availability of plans and specifications for the following public improvement project:
Project: 2026 Sanitary Sewer Lining Program
Project No.: 2026-026
Estimate: $550,000
Major Items:
-
Installation of approximately 12,600 LF of 8” continuous sewer liner
-
Installation of approximately 1,400 LF of 10” continuous sewer liner
-
Installation of approximately 250 LF of 12” continuous sewer liner
-
Pre-rehabilitation cleaning and inspection, additional sewer cleaning, removal of protruding service connections, building service reinstatements and traffic control.
Letting Date: 1:30 PM, April 1, 2026
Completion Date: December 31, 2026
