Summary

The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking bids from qualified firms, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to provide an all-inclusive SCADA package to integrate into the City’s existing VTSCADA system, that includes engineering, design, integration and installation of a radio or cellular SCADA system, to monitor and/or control, the operations of the City’s wastewater collections system lift (pump) stations , in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation. All costs for the proposed SCADA system must be included and all initial and/or re-occurring charges and fees must be stated.

The City desires to replace existing RTU’s at all 198 stations in annual phases, contingent on approved funding, starting with the 20 stations identified herein in the first year and completing the remaining stations within two years after that. Both the new and existing systems will operate concurrently until all the stations have been upgraded.
