Project Description: The City of Palm Coast is soliciting bids from qualified companies to provide construction services to replace 30ft of 8-inch sewer pipe on Utah PL. that is approximately 7ft deep. This project will take place on a road with one way in and out. Bid to include replacing road base with OPTIONAL BASE, BASE GROUP 09 and pavement with Asphalt Concrete Friction Course, Traffic C, FC - 9.5, PG 76-22, 1.5"
