Sewage Treatment Plant - 2024 Tertiary Treatment and Sludge Handling

Sealed bids for the construction of the Sewage Treatment Plant 2024 Tertiary Treatment and Sludge Handling will be received by the City of Royston, GA at Royston City Hall, 684 Franklin Springs Street, Royston, GA 30662, until 10:00 AM local time on November 21, 2024. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time and location. Project Description: The work includes furnishing all equipment, materials and labor to construct tertiary treatment system, digester modifications, sludge dewatering facility, chemical feed system, site improvements and all related appurtenances. Project Duration: The project is scheduled to be completed within the contract time of 365 days. The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at the following locations: Owner: City of Royston, 684 Franklin Springs Street, Royston, GA 30662 & Engineers Office: PeoplesQuigley | DCCM, 6059 Boylston Drive, NE, Sandy Springs, GA 30328. Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained from PeoplesQuigley | DCCM at (404) 255-2650 for $250 per set, nonrefundable, until 48 hours before the bid opening. Contractors will be added to the list of Plan Holders and will be eligible to bid upon receipt. Checks should be made out to PeoplesQuigley | DCCM and sent to 6059 Boylston Drive, NE, Sandy Springs, GA 30328. Include the project name, contact name, phone number, and email address. Contract documents will be provided as an electronic copy, but hard copies will be available upon request. Pre-Bid Conference: A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at Royston City Hall, 634 Franklin Springs Street, Royston, GA 30662 at 10:00 AM local time on November 7, 2024. A site visit will be held directly following the meeting at Royston Sewage Treatment Plant, 310 Spring Street Extension, Royston, GA 30662.
