Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 611 Wilson Ave.,
Pocatello, Idaho 83201 until 11:00 a.m. local time, on Thursday, April 30, 2026 for DPW Project
25133 Sessions Bldg. Upper Floor Fire Sprinklers, College of Eastern Idaho, Idaho Falls, Idaho.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: The contractor shall provide
complete construction services to upgrade, modify, and extend the existing fire sprinkler system by
addressing the following scope of work - provide a complete fire protection system for the welding shop of
the sessions building. Provide connection point for future administrative first floor classroom areas. Provide
connection point for the Bid Alternate #1 area.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Thursday, April 16, 2026, beginning at 1:00 p.m., prevailing local
time, at the College of Eastern Idaho, Building 3 Lobby, 1600 S 25th E, Idaho Falls, Idaho 83404.
Bidders are encouraged to attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and
electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $100.00. Others may
obtain documents at cost, non-refundable.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public
Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
