Direct Digital monitoring proposes of the following two on site visits of eight (8) hours each, six (6) months apart and additional forty-eight (48) of technical support, building control for HVAC System as requested by facility manager Ft. Thompson Health Center in Ft. Thompson, SD. Contractor is to provide invoice after each on site visit to the Ft. Thompson Health Center Facility Manager. Services for monitoring of the controls of heating, cooling, and HVAC systems at the Fort Thompson Indian Health Service.

Period of Performance 1/1/2026 - 12/31/2026

Direct Digital Control proposes for the following technical services for the year of the Contract for Fort Thompson Health Care Center Clinic, Annex.

CONTRACTOR-PROVIDED EOUPMENT, FACILITIES AND SERVICES

Contractor is responsible for maintaining satisfactory standards of conduct, competence, appearance and integrity. Patient and staff safety will always be the concern for treatment.

The contractor understands that the Fort Thompson Indian Health Service will not pay or withhold on behalf of the contractor any sums for federal or state income tax, any other federal or state tax, unemployment insurance, social security, workers compensations, or any other withholding pursuant to any law or requirement. All such payments and withholding are the sole responsibility of the Contractor.
