La Ville demande des soumissions pour la fourniture de services professionnels qui consiste principalement en ce qui suit : la surveillance de travaux d'asphaltage, la fourniture des services d’un laboratoire pour le contrôle qualitatif des matériaux durant le chantier et le suivi environnemental des matériaux excavés provenant des chantiers ainsi que la fermeture du projet. Les travaux de construction seront réalisés dans divers arrondissements de la Ville de Québec.
