La Ville demande des soumissions pour la fourniture de services professionnels en architecture ayant pour objet le remplacement des couvertures en cuivre de la bibliothèque Claire-Martin. Les services professionnels à fournir en vertu du présent appel d’offres concernent l’architecture du bâtiment et plus particulièrement l'élaboration des plans et devis, la réunion de démarrage du projet, la mise en service incluant un échéancier détaillé, ainsi que les services et la surveillance de base tout au long des travaux de construction.
