This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is issued to procure the goods or services, as specified in this Section 2, from a contract between the successful bidder(s) and the State of Maryland (“State”): The successful bidder will provide laboratory services to patients at Springfield Hospital Center (SHC), a Maryland Department of Health (MDH) Healthcare System Facility.
