The Maryland Department of Juvenile Services (DJS) is issuing this Request for Quote to procure Instructor Certification and Recertification Training for Crisis Management services for DJS staff at Charles H. Hickey, Jr. School (Hickey). The Contractor will provide one initial five (5) day Crisis Management Instructor Training for ten (10) DJS Employees in an in-person learning environment. The Department requires a training program to prevent crises and restore youth to a healthy state, thereby decreasing escalations and the use of physical restraint.
