Solicitation Summary

The Maryland Insurance Administration (“MIA” or “Administration”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to procure Continuing Education and Continuing Education Reporting Services, as specified in this Section 2. In summary, the successful Contractor shall assist the MIA with processing initial and renewal continuing education (CE) course approvals, CE Course instructor applications, and auditing CE courses, as well as CE credit hours banking, reporting, and compliance to ensure that insurance producers, bail bondsmen, Public Adjusters, SHOP Navigators and Permittees comply with Maryland’s legal requirements for continuing education.
