The intent of Collin County is to solicit proposals from qualified vendors for a term contract for Services, Cafeteria Management for the Courthouse. The vendor shall occupy and maintain in a safe and healthy manner the allotted space and provide a basic menu of high quality, varied meals, snacks and beverages. It is the responsibility of the vendor to establish, review and control the menu selection, pricing, and portion sizes of all items for sale.

at the County logo between the escalators (go through security), Russell A. Steindam Courts Building, 2100
Bloomdale, McKinney, TX 75071. All prospective offerors are requested to have a representative present. It is the
offeror’s responsibility to review the site and documents to gain a full understanding of the requirements of the RFP.
