RISLA is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide a Report on Controls at a Service Organization Relevant to User Entities’ Internal Control over Financial Reporting (SOC 1), related to the RISLA's description and suitability of the design and operating effectiveness of the controls in place for the student loan processing and servicing operations for the three consecutive periods of January 1 - December 31, 2025-2027, prepared in accordance with Statements on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) No. 18.
