Service and maintenance for AMAG supported Electronic Security System

The Naval Supply (NAVSUP) Systems Command, Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ), FL intends to issue a sole source contract, in accordance with FAR 19.1406 Sole source awards for the procurement of qualified AMAG support to the Electronic Security System, by performing routine maintenance and repairs and testing of equipment and ensure connectivity of alarm and camera systems for Naval Air Station Jacksonville, FL., to Barnes Network Solutions, LLC. It will be for a base period of 10 months with two, 12-month option years.

Interested parties may identify their interest and submit product information in response to this notice by 11 September 2025 at 4:00 p.m. EST, via email to peiney.t.allerton.civ@us.navy.mil. Phone calls will not be accepted. Hard copies will not be accepted. Please include a cover page, which includes, at a minimum: the company’s name, address, CAGE, Unique Entity Identifier, socio-economic status, point-of-contact name, phone number, and e-mail address. Please include the project title in the subject line of the e-mail.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government.

Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement and will be at the sole discretion of the Contracting Officer. At this time, no solicitation exists therefore, please do not request a copy of the solicitation. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized in Contract Opportunities at https://sam.gov/. It is the potential offeror’s responsibility to monitor this site for the release of any solicitation or synopsis.

If no written responses are received by 4:00 p.m. EST on 11 September 2025, the contract will be solicited without further notice.

It is anticipated that any resulting solicitation will be for a sole-source, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract with a Product Service Code (PSC) J063 and a NAICS of 561621 with a size standard of $25 Million.

This notice of intent is for informational purposes only. All sources eligible to provide this requirement must respond in writing. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly articulate the ability to provide this requirement as outlined above. A request for documentation will not be considered as an affirmative response. If no responses are received after publication of this notice, to the effect that comparable services are available, and that it is more advantageous to the Government that obtaining this service through a sole-source contract, then a sole-source acquisition will be made.
