Santé Québec (CISSS de la Montérégie Ouest) souhaite octroyer un contrat en service d'entretien ménager pour 8 de ses installations dans un seul lot.  Pour chacun des points de service de l'ORGANISME PUBLIC inclus dans le Contrat, la date d'entrée en vigueur des services débutera le 17 aout 2026 et ce, pour une durée de 25 mois. Aucune visite n'est prévue des installations car vous avez inclus tous les plans des différents sites incluant leur superficie, type de revêtement de sol et spécificités détaillées.  Si jamais vous voulez faire la demande d'une visite pour un ou des sites, SVP en faire la demande au responsable de cet appel d'offres par courriel SEULEMENT.  Veuillez transmettre au maximum TROIS (3) jours ouvrables avant la date et l'heure limites fixées pour la réception des soumissions, par courriel SEULEMENT  toute question ou demande de clarification se rapportant aux documents d'appel d'offres au responsable du dossier qui est Josée Desjardins au courriel: josee.desjardins.cisssmo16@ssss.gouv.qc.ca
