1) SCOPE: Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section2165.001, Custodianship of State Property, and Section 2156.121, Use ofCompetitive Sealed Proposals, the Texas Facilities Commission is requestingresponses to this Request for Proposal for the provision of General Maintenanceand Repair Trade Services for various facilities managed by the TexasFacilities Commission located in Austin, Texas. These services will be foras-needed repairs. TFC anticipates award to multiple vendors from thissolicitation. Services solicited are:

b) Roofing Maintenance and Repair

c) Window, Glass Repair, Building Waterproofingand Weatherization Services

d) Exterior Property Maintenance andRepair Services

e) Fencing Installation, Maintenance,and Repair Services
