The City of Brentwood is seeking bids from qualified contractors for work associated with its Service Center campus improvements located at 1750 General George Patton Drive, Brentwood, TN. The project scope includes: Demolition of Existing Materials Storage Area to become New Covered Vehicle and Equipment Storage Area, Installation of Pre-Engineered Metal Roof, Regrading and Construction of New CMU Materials Storage Area with Roll-Up Steel Door and Roof Canopy, Existing Testing Shop Building Electrical and Mechanical Upgrades, Installation of Double Door, Storm Drainage and Utility Upgrades.
