HVAC control system specs
Maintenance Agreement Specifications: Replacements Parts are not included in this service agreement except as noted for the humidity sensor elements. No parts purchased without a Purchase Order number. No work will be performed outside of the agreement scope without prior approval. All replacement parts will be OEM parts from the manufacture. Extended Service options for premium coverage for onsite repairs to the equipment. Emergency Coverage is to be Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The vendors office needs to be no more than 50 miles from our facilities and have a technician on site within 1 hour after the call is placed.
