Serenity Landing Manhole Reconstructions

The City of Lockport will receive sealed bids for the establishment of an access route and stabilized construction entrance, reconstructing sanitary manholes, turf restoration, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project all in accordance with the Specifications and Contract Documents for the Serenity Landing Manhole Reconstructions (25-122). Prospective bidders are advised to carefully review the Plan, General Conditions, Special Conditions, Special Provisions, and Details of this document.

Obtaining Bid Documents: Plans can be viewed online via the link below. The Bidding Documents be obtained from the City of Lockport. Prospective bidders shall e-mail Daniel Powers at dpowers@lockport.org requesting the documents.

Bids will be received until Friday, March 14 ^th , 2025, at 9:00 A.M. local time, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read.?The bid opening will be held at the City of Lockport City Hall, third floor, City Clerk’s Office, 222 E. 9 ^th Street, Lockport, IL 60441. All bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above. Bids transmitted by facsimile or email will not be accepted.
