Place of Performance:
The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Steris services to Durham VAMC. The Durham VA Health 508 Fulton St, Durham, NC has an Olympus supply purchase. Justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) soliciting from a single source.

2. MAJ-2052: MAJ-2052 ALT-PRO interface cable
3. MAJ-2020: MAJ-2020 ALT-PRO Wall amount holder
4. MAJ-1937: MAJ-1937 Portable printer
5. MAJ-2003: MAJ-2003 Printer paper roll set.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available, and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can meet these requirements and possesses relevant past experience, and expertise may give written notice. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Responses will be considered by the Government, however, a determination by the Government not to compete with the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephone request will be accepted. NAICS Code 334510 / 1250 Employees. Responses received by 4pm EST. on Sept 12, 2025 will be considered by the Government.
