ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Separate sealed bids for the PARK IMPROVEMENTS TO INCLUDE SITE WORK, SIDEWALKS AND PAVILION CONSTRUCTION, ETC. will be received by the City of Ash Flat, Arkansas at Ash Flat City Hall at 869 Ash Flat Dr, Ash Flat, AR 72513 until 1:00 P.M., on July 15, 2026, and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.
The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other Contract Documents may be examined at the following locations:

Copies of the Contract Documents must be obtained at the office of MILLER NEWELL ENGINEERS, 510 Third Street, Newport, Arkansas 72ll2, upon the payment of $25 for each set. Bidders will be refunded $25 upon return of the Bidding Documents/Plans in usable condition within 14 days after receipt of bids.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
Each bidder must deposit with his bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
In accordance with Act 150 of 1965, as amended, all bidders shall conform to the requirements of the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Contractors.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
