Separate sealed Bids for the construction of a replacement Induced Draft Aerator will be received by the City of Lonoke at the office of Lonoke City Hall, 107 W 2nd St, Lonoke, AR 72086 until 2:00 pm, on July 7th 2026 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
The Contract Documents may be examined at the following locations:
Pollution Management, Inc. A Terracon Company, 3500 Evergreen Dr, Little Rock, AR 72205. All prime bidders are required to be registered on the Plan Holders List by purchasing and downloading the bid documents from the online plan room QuestCDN. Addendums will be through the online plan room to prime bidders included on the Plan Holders List. Contact QuestCDN at 952-233-1632 for assistance and free membership registration. Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained at the office of Pollution Management, Inc. A Terracon Company located at 3500 Evergreen Dr, Little Rock, AR 72205 upon payment of $150 for each set.
Any Bidder, upon returning the Contract Documents promptly and in good condition, will be refunded the payment, and any non-bidder upon so returning the Contract Documents will be refunded $150.
Any contract or contracts awarded under this invitation for bids will be subject to the requirements of the Arkansas State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program as described in the contract documents.
All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the President’s Executive Order 11246, as amended. The requirements for Bidders and Contractors under this order are explained in the specifications.
Each Bidder must comply with the requirements, terms, and conditions of the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission, the Disadvantaged, Minority and Women Business Enterprise (DBE/MBE/WBE) requirements, the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2014 (Public Law 113-76) including the “American Iron and Steel (AIS)” requirement, Build America Buy America Act requirements, Labor Standards, Equal Employment Opportunity, and the “Prohibition on certain telecommunication and video surveillance services or equipment provisions” during the performance of this contract. The Bidder commits itself to the requirements for the participation contained herein and all other requirements, terms, and conditions of these bid conditions by submitting a properly signed Bid. Each requirement listed above for the SRF program is in the Supplemental Conditions in the Contract Documents.
