Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of painting interior and exterior of 150,000 gallon elevated tank and repairs at Tichnor. will be received by The Owner at the office of Owner, until 11:00 AM, (Standard Time-Daylight Savings Time) 9 day of June, 2026, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud at GPRWDD office 2777 Highway 165 South, Stuttgart, AR 72160.
The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at the following locations:
BOND CONSULTING ENGINEERS EAST, INC. ,
Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the office of _Bond Consulting Engineers East, Inc. located at 3683 State Highway 77 North; Marion, AR 72364 upon payment of $100.00 for each set.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or reject any or all bids.
Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the information for Bidders.
Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
Bids will not be opened that come from a contractor that did not receive plans from the Engineer. This is to avoid any confusion over issuance of addendums.
