Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of Road Improvements 2026
will be received by Crittenden County at the office of County Judge, until 11:00 AM, (Standard Time-Daylight Savings Time) 9 day of June, 2026, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at the following locations:
CRITTENDEN COUNTY COURTHOUSE – COUNTY JUDGE ,
Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the office of CRITTENDEN COUNTY COURTHOUSE – COUNTY JUDGE located at 100 Court Street; Marion, AR 72364 upon payment of $ 100.00 for each set.
Estimated Quantities: 9,200 Tons Asphalt Pavement and related items.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or reject any or all bids.
Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the information for Bidders.
Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
Bids will not be opened that come from a contractor that did not receive plans from the Engineer. This is to avoid any confusion over issuance of addendums.
