Any contract or contracts awarded under this invitation for bids will be subject to the requirements of the Arkansas State Revolving Fund (SRF) Programs as described in the contract documents.

The Bidder commits itself to the requirements for the participation contained herein and all other requirements, terms, and conditions of these bid conditions by submitting a properly signed Bid.
