Separate sealed bids for the construction of 2026 White Oak Bayou WRF Biosolids Removal and Beneficial Reuse will be received by Scott Kerby, PE at the office of the North Little Rock Wastewater Utility, 7400 Baucum Pike, P.O. Box 17898, North Little Rock, AR 72117 until 1:00 p.m. on February 26, 2026, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
This project consists of the removal of the biosolids in Lagoon 1 at the White Oak Bayou Wastewater Treatment Plant, then applying the removed biosolids at sites permitted by the OWNER.
The Contract Documents may be examined at the following locations:

Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained at the office of the North Little Rock Wastewater Utility, Administration Bldg., Gate No. One, 7400 Baucum Pike (England Hwy 165), North Little Rock, AR 72117 upon payment of $100.00 for each set.
