ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Separate sealed bids for MOOREFIELD DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS will be received by the City of Moorefield and be submitted to Moorefield City Hall, 55 Moore Ave., Batesville, AR, 72501 until 10:00 o’clock A.M. on September 5, 2025.
Copies of the Contract Documents must be obtained at the office of Miller Newell, 510 Third Street, Newport, AR 72112. Cost is $50 with a $50 refund if plans are returned in usable condition within 14 days of bidding.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
Each bidder must deposit with his bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
In accordance with Act 150 of 1965, as amended, all bidders shall conform to the requirements of the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Contractors.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
