ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Separate sealed bids for HWY 395 WATER LINE RELOCATION FOR FULTON COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY (ARDOT Job 050419) will be received by the Fulton County Water Authority, at 124 Arena Lane, Salem, AR 72576, until 10:00 o’clock A.M., on November 5, 2025, and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.
The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other Contract Documents may be examined at the following locations:
Miller Newell Engineers, 510 Third Street, Newport, AR
Dodge Plans Room, ( www.dodgeplans.construction.com )
Southern Reprographics, 901 West Seventh, Little Rock, AR
Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained at the office of Miller Newell, 510 Third Street, Newport, AR 72112, upon the payment of $25.00 for each set. There shall be no refund of deposit.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
Each bidder must deposit with his bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
In accordance with Act 150 of 1965, as amended, all bidders shall conform to the requirements of the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Contractors.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
