SEPA RTF for Homeland Security Exercise & Evaluation Program Compliant Tabletop Exercise

Project Description: Montgomery County on behalf of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Regional Task Force (SEPA RTF) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide the following:
The Southeastern Pennsylvania Regional Task Force (SEPA RTF) Emergency Response Work Group (ERWG) is responsible for sustaining Fire, Emergency Medical Services (EMS), Urban Search and Rescue (USAR), and Hazmat response capabilities in the region. This RFP is to hire a consultant to develop and execute a Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) compliant tabletop exercise (TTX) to better prepare the region for a major emergency that would require bringing to bear resources from each group and each county. The counties making up the SEPA RTF are Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia.
