SEPA RTF for Heavy Vehicle Rescue Training

Project Description: Montgomery County on behalf of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Regional Task Force (SEPA RTF) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide the following: The Southeastern Pennsylvania Regional Task Force (SEPA RTF) Urban Search and Rescue (US&R) subcommittee has a need to conduct the “Heavy Vehicle Rescue Course” in order to advance technical skills surrounding extrication strategies for heavy vehicle incidents. Personnel attending this POI will represent all five counties in the SEPA TF region and will be recommended for the training through a vetting process conducted by each Counties leadership. This RFP is to hire a vendor to provide the curriculum cited in the FEMA Training Program Administrative Manual.
