SEPA RTF for Active Shooter Tabletop Exercise

Project Description: This RFP is to hire a consultant to design, develop and facilitate a Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) compliant Tabletop Exercise (TTX) to better prepare the first responders of Montgomery County for an active shooter incident. The exercise will test the multi-jurisdictional coordination and communication, as well as the effectiveness and execution of the County-Wide Active Shooter Policy and Reunification Policy. This Tabletop Exercise will be developed and then executed four times in four different locations to test capabilities across multiple municipalities.
