SEPA RTF ALPR Field Support & Program Management

Project Description: This RFP is intended to identify and contract with a vendor that can provide comprehensive program management and field support of the SEPA RTF automatic license plate recognition (ALPR) program. The vendor will be responsible for program management, monthly reporting, trouble ticketing, as well as on-site field support for the region’s approximately 230 mobile ALPR units. The selected vendor will be responsible for the comprehensive management of all aspects of the SEPA RTF automatic license plate recognition program. SEPA RTF has deployed approximately 230 mobile ALPR units throughout Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties.
