Bid Synopsis:	Please Note: This is a Request for Application (RFA) The Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development (DWD) is soliciting applications from qualified organizations to operate the Wisconsin Senior Employment (WISE) Program, Wisconsin’s implementation of the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP). SCSEP is authorized under Title V of the Older Americans Act (OAA) and administered by the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL). The program provides part-time, paid community service employment and training opportunities for unemployed, low-income individuals aged 55 and older who face barriers to employment. The WISE program supports economic self-sufficiency by providing meaningful community service assignments, developing job skills, and assisting participants in transitioning to unsubsidized employment. DWD intends to award a single statewide contract but reserves the right to make multiple awards if necessary to ensure adequate geographic coverage and service delivery capacity.
