REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

SENIOR CITIZENS PROGRAM

The City of Camilla is accepting proposals from qualified vendors/contractors to manage

and operate a comprehensive senior citizens program. The purpose of the program is facilitate

improvements in health, enhance quality of life, and provide social engagement opportunities

for seniors, age 60 and older, residing within the corporate limits of Camilla. The program will

be conducted in accordance with the City's Senior Citizens Program Policy. Proposals

shall include, at a minimum, relevant experience working with senior citizens and providing

program activities, budget management, and community relations.

The City of Camilla will provide a city-owned venue to host services and activities and funding

for the program.

Proposals shall be submitted to: City Manager, City of Camilla, P.O. Box 328, Camilla, Georgia

31730. Deadline to submit a proposal is March 11, 2026 at 5 PM. A copy of the Senior Citizens

Program Policy is available on the City's website at www.camillaga.net or City Hall located at
