Senior Center Wall and Door Repair Project No. 2022-01

The work of this contract includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, and

services necessary for the reconstruction of the damaged area at the Dublin Senior Center within the

'scope of work' area. Including but not limited to the repair of architectural and structural damage to the

rear kitchen entry; select demolition; reconstruction of wall finishes; rough carpentry (structural framing);

door and door hardware; floor finish; and electrical as shown on the Plans, in the Specifications, Special

Provisions, and other Contract Documents entitled as shown above, now on file in the office of the City

Engineer, to which reference is hereby made for further particulars.
