Project Description: The City of Tallahassee invites licensed contractors for the roof replacement at the Senior Center, located at 1400 N Monroe Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32303. The project scope encompasses the cleaning and patching of the existing mineral surface low slope roofing system, removing the parapet wall base flashing, fully adhering to a high solar reflectance index (SRI), 80 mil polyvinyl chloride (PVC) fleece backed cap sheet roofing and 60 mil PVC flashing membrane system per the roofing manufacturer’s requirements.
