Macomb Township is seeking proposals for the Senior Center HVAC Rooftop Unit #2 Replacement (51210 Alma, Macomb Township, MI 48042). Proposer shall furnish all supplies, materials, delivery, installation, warranties, and any other services needed to complete work. By responding to this request, the undersigned (“Proposer”) agrees to perform in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Proposers submitting a proposal of $50,000 or more will be required to furnish US Treasury Listed Company Bonds.
