Senior Center Athletic Courts Site Improvements Project Manual 2501298
City of St. Clair Shores, the Owner, will receive sealed Bids for construction of the Senior Center Athletic Courts Site Improvements at the offices of the City Clerk, City of St. Clair Shores, 27600 Jefferson Avenue, St. Clair Shores, Michigan, 48081 until February 24, 2026, at 10:30 a.m., local time. No Bids will be received after that time. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time and place. Sealed bids shall be submitted to the City Clerk by the date and time specified and shall be marked on the outside “Sealed Bid for Senior Center Athletic Courts Site Improvements”
SCOPE OF PROJECT
This Project consists of furnishing all supplies for and constructing improvements to the Senior Center athletic courts, specifically replacement of the bocce ball courts.
