Senior Adult Center Roof

INVITATION TO BID

The City of Malvern, Arkansas will receive sealed bids for Roof Repair – Community

Center/Sr. Adult Center, 1800 W. Moline Street, Malvern, Arkansas until 10:00 a.m.,

Monday, April 6, 2026 at the Office of the City Clerk/Treasurer, 120 A West Third Street,

Malvern, Arkansas 72104.

Sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:15 a.m. at the same location.

The project consists generally of roof repair including removal of damaged roofing

materials and installation of roofing membrane, insulation, flashing, fascia, soffit, gutters,

and related repairs.

Specifications and bid documents are available from the City Clerk/Treasurer or online at

www.malvernar.gov.

Bidders must hold a valid Arkansas Commercial Contractor’s License and provide proof of

general liability and workers’ compensation insurance. This project is being bid pursuant to

Arkansas procurement laws.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in the bidding

process. Bids may be held for up to ninety (90) days following bid opening.
