Seneca Hall Wall Covering Abatement

SUNY Oswego is seeking quotes for vendors to abate and dispose of all acoustic wall covering in the North and South elevator lobbies in Seneca Hall. There is approximately a total of 820 square feet of wall covering on levels Basement – 10. Refer to the attached floor plans for the approximate locations. Salvage, clean and store wall mounted fixtures for reinstallation, ie. corner guards and room signs. The abatement of wall covering may require removal of gypsum wall board. Install new gypsum wall board as required to re-sheath the elevator shaft, ensuring a smooth, even finish. Paint to match student lounges beyond, color will vary according to location. Provide and install new 4” vinyl wall base in affected areas. Re-install salvaged corner guards and room signs.
