Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 PM, Tuesday December 23, 2025 at Arkansas State Capitol, room 309, 500 Woodlane Street, Little Rock, AR 72201 for the following:
PROJECT NAME: Senate Committee Rooms Renovation
There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held at 10:00 AM, December 11, 2025 in the 1st floor Rotunda, Arkansas State Capitol, 500 Woodlane St, Little Rock, AR 72201. The State reserves the right to schedule additional meetings.

Bidders shall conform to the requirements of the Arkansas licensing laws and regulations for contractors shall be licensed before a bid is submitted.
A bid security in the amount of 5% shall accompany each bid, if the bid is in excess of $20,000.00.
The Owner encourages all small, minority, and women business enterprises to submit bid. Encouragement is also made to all general contractors that in the event they subcontract portions of their work, consideration is given to the identified groups.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities.
