Project Description: The City of Palm Coast is seeking is seeking Bids from pre-qualified Contractors for Construction of a new traffic signal at the intersection of Seminole Woods Pkwy. & Ulaturn Trl./Airport Commerce Way . Pre-qualified Contractors are those determined to be responsible and responsive in accordance with all requirements of this bid process. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and any other items required for constructing the traffic signal in accordance with construction plans. Also included in this project will be the addition of a southbound left turn lane and sidewalk connections on all four corners of the intersection. The work consists of NEW Construction including but not limited to site work, filling, grading and construction of concrete landing pads, signals and crosswalks.
