The Fleet Logistic Center, San Diego (FLCSD) is conducting a market survey to determine the interest and capability of Industry to participate in a competitive acquisition for the Naval Post Graduate School (NPS), Monterey. The acquisition specifically related to Naval Post Graduate School, Monterey. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332813, Semi-automatic polishing systems - Polisher and Grinder. Vendors possessing the requisite skills, resources and capabilities necessary to perform the stated requirement are invited to respond to this source sought notice/request for information via the submission of an executive summary. The anticipated award date is 30 April 2025.
The resulting contract is anticipated to be Firm Fixed Price (FFP).

Interested business firms who meet the capability requirements identified in this notice are requested to reply to this notice with a response. Based upon small business responses received, consideration will be given whether the acquisition will be set aside for small business competition.

NOTE: No other information other than the SOR will be provided to potential respondents of this sources sought.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
Interested contractors are to submit the following information: company name, address, point of contact, telephone number, e-mail address: DUNS, confirmation of current small business status under NAICS code 332813.
Interested firms should submit a response, which furnishes information of their qualifications, and technical approach and capacity to perform the requirement. This document shall be in format of Times New Roman in font size 12 and should not exceed ten one-sided, 8 X 11 pages in Microsoft Word or PDF format. Submissions must be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist Queen Idele at queen.e.idele.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time on April 07, 2025.

All questions related to the Sources Sought may be addressed directly to the Contract Specialist. Questions submitted after 4:30PM Pacific Standard Time on 7 April 2025 may not allow for ample time to respond, and interested contracts cannot be guaranteed a response will be issued.
