The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the production data/repair data, expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet qualification requirements for the production of Self-Help Laundry NSN: 3510-01-440-9167. Best Estimated Quantities (BEQs) for this acquisition are for 61 Self-Help Laundry systems annually for up to a 5-year contract. Quantities are subject to change.
Performance Requirement (200317735_Revision F) and draft Statement of Work are included which provide a complete description of the BEAR Self-help Laundry requirement. The laundry shall consist of five each top loading washers, five stacked dryers, an electrical system, and a water system with a 3,000-gallon water tank, water heater, supply pump, and drain pump. The laundry shall be designed for continuous, balanced operation as a complete field laundry.
Contractors/Institutions responding to this market research are placed on notice that participation in this survey may not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in this survey.
