Self-Funded Plan Administration and Reinsurance for Group Medical Plan

Victoria County (the “County”) is requesting sealed proposals from qualified vendors interested in providing claims administration and reinsurance (stop loss) coverage for the County’s self-funded health plan. Interested vendors must submit a completed vendor authorization form prior to the release of the Request for Proposal (RFP) to your entity. A completed authorization form must be sent to AReyes@vctx.org using “RFP 2025-11: Self-Funded Plan Administration and Reinsurance for Group Medical Plan Authorization Form” as the subject line no later than 3:00 p.m. on July 21, 2025 .
