Seeking Sources for Cargo Handling, Transport, and Securement Equipment

DLA is seeking sources who can supply cargo handling and transport securement equipment. The specific items referenced are shown in the attached document. These items include; cargo tie-down equipment, pallet cover tarps, collapsible reusable containers, and G-100 chain kits. These products are used to securely transport material to and from various locations through modes such as truck, air, rail, or sea.

Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, DLA is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to conduct market research to identify parties interested in and capable of supporting requirements for these items. The requirements are sole sourced to Pikes Peak Cargo Inc. (CAGE: 3CVN2).

This Sources Sought Notices is issued solely for information and planning purposes and is not a solicitation or a Request for Proposal (RFP).  This notice is not a commitment by DLA Troop Support for any purpose.  Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary.  The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any cost incurred.  The Government will NOT pay for any information submitted by respondents in response to this Sources Sought Notice.  If a solicitation would result, it would be synopsized on the “Contract Opportunities” website at SAM.gov and it would be the offeror’s responsibility to monitor the Contract Opportunities website for any such notices.

Interested contractors are requested to review and reply to this sources sought notice no later than 3:00PM EDT on October 2nd 2025.
