Sedimentation Basins 1-5 Plate Settler Project

Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at Hot Springs Purchasing Office, 324 Malvern Avenue, Hot Springs, Arkansas 71901, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.; and the Issuing Office, Crist Engineers, Inc. 1 Executive Center Court, Little Rock, AR 72211 on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Electronic copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office, online at www.cristengineers.com upon payment of $25.00 for each set. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.

A pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, April 21, at 1:00PM, at the Ouachita Water Treatment Plant, 860 Cozy Acres Road, Mountain Pine, AR 71956.

Sealed paper responses to this invitation can also be submitted to the Purchasing Division by mail or in person. Facsimile submissions are not acceptable. The sealed envelope, including express envelopes , must be identified as a sealed bid and show the item or bid number.

All responses must be submitted no later than the date and time shown above for consideration.
