North Shore Community College invites sealed bids from Contractors for Security Upgrades in the Lynn Campus in accordance with documents prepared by Gienapp Architects available March 12. Project consists of removal of existing security counter and window, and installation of new security counter, window, CMU infill, metal stud wall infill with gypsum board and fiberglass panels, and finish flooring. Est. Cost of Project is $40,000. General Bids will be received until 11AM on Thurs March 27 submitted through www.biddocs.com. Electronic Drawings and Specs are available at no cost on www.biddocs.com after 9AM on Wednesday, March 12. Bidders should register on the Plan Holders List to receive addenda.
