NOTICE TO OFFERORS/PROPOSERS/BIDDERS

[For purposes of this solicitation, the terms "Offeror," "Proposer" and "Bidder" are used interchangeably and have the same meaning.]

SEALED PROPOSALS WILL BE RECEIVED by the Town of Hempstead Housing Authority ("Housing Authority") 760 Jerusalem Avenue, Uniondale, New York, 11553, until 2:00 p.m. local time on May 15, 2026, for:

Layout, Design, Configuring, Furnishing and Installing Security Surveillance System, CCTV Monitoring, Software and Related Equipment and Hardware at Park Gardens 835-840 Uniondale Avenue Uniondale, New York 11553

The property consists of a total 13 buildings overall split as follows: 12 apartment buildings and one senior center. Security cameras will be installed throughout the site and within the entrances and exits of each building at the site.

The solicitation / RFP Documents may be obtained at the office of the Town of Hempstead Housing Authority, 760 Jerusalem Avenue, Uniondale, New York, 11553, by calling 516-485-9666 or by email. Email requests should be sent to lschwab@tohha.org. There will be a public opening of proposals. The opening shall be solely for the purpose of recording the names of each Offeror.
